Michelle Dier is an Estate Management Specialist and Professional Downsizer serving London and the surrounding area, dedicated to helping families navigate life’s most overwhelming transitions with clarity, compassion, and expertise.

With more than 25 years of experience as a licensed Realtor, Michelle brings a deep understanding of the real estate market alongside a practical, solutions-focused approach to property preparation and transition. Her background as a licensed teacher and business owner further strengthens her ability to communicate clearly, manage complex situations and support clients with patience and empathy during emotionally sensitive times. 

Throughout her real estate career, Michelle earned multiple industry accolades, including the Sutton Select Realty Platinum Award and the President Award, reflecting her consistent commitment to excellence and client service. One of her proudest achievements is earning her Bachelor of Education degree at the age of 39 while raising a family and maintaining her professional career, an accomplishment that speaks to her determination and resilience.

Outside of her professional work, Michelle enjoys yoga, hiking, cooking, reading, and spending time with family and her rescue dog, Hudson. Her passion for helping others extends beyond her work, shaping both her personal and professional life.
